Persons with disabilities need to learn to stand on their own feet and be determiners of their future. Help us to teach them to gain an understanding of the options open to them and to make decisions accordingly. Today, after training, many of them have moved out of the confines of their homes and are part of the decision-making bodies at village level!
A “Million Tree Campaign” is a new milestone of CBRF in 2020. Our aim is: forest restoration, provision of pure air, fresh drinking water and more importantly saving the Earth from Climate Change and deforestation. CBRF joins hands with Persons with Disability to plant a million trees in the rural villages of India.
What CBRF Does?
- organises training on environmental awareness for persons with disabilities (88,467 and counting),
- ensures that rural communities across 20 states and 1 union territory are involved in tree plantation,
- gets persons with disabilities to play an active part in the ‘Swachh Bharat Campaign’ in collaboration with their local panchayats.
You can help make our country green!
